Okay so...

I know I always do these posts saying I'm sorry that I haven't posted but I really am and I have no excuse really to not have posted since June and I will try and keep up with it now. Not that anybody actually looks at this blog anymore so...

 Anyway here is an update on my life if anybody was wondering (which you probably weren't) I graduated from Uni in July and have been working in Miss Selfridge since then. I also interned at More! Magazine for two weeks which I can talk about in a new post. Also I'm living back in good ol' Essixxx which is fun. I'm actually looking forward to Christmas so that it will be busier at work and so that we can listen to xmas songs instead of mind numbing pop/hip hop/dance all day.

 Ahh almost forgot I bought some new trainers on Saturday...

I'm off to center Parcs today with my housemates! I'm well excited. I've probably packed way too much stuff seeing as we are only going for three days. But it should be good. I'll try and keep you updated. Here's what I'm wearing today :-)

So I was at Graduate Fashion Week yesterday. Me and some others from Fashion Journalism were manning our stand and giving away our final years magazine called Segue. It was the S/S 2012 edition and contains a piece of work from every student from my course, it's a hefty magazine and looks awesome! I looked around many of the other stools and the other uni's displays were impressive.

I also went to a talk at the George stand with Gemma Cairney, Kate Walsh and Jo Elvin. They spoke mainly about Fashion Journalism and how they got into the business. The main point I gained from the talk was do as much work experience as you can!

Oh Hi

Hey! So I've finished my final major project and my last day of uni (ever) is on Monday so I'm going to come back to this blog. I'll try to update as much as I can, I have some everyday mineral samples to talk about and I can show you the beauty magazine that I made. I'm writing covering letters at the moment... fun.

I bought this H&M nail polish today.

It's called 'Blue my mind', I've never tried H&M polish before so this was a new experience. The bottle is a cool shape and it's easy to apply. The colour is really bright! I had to put two coats and a top coat though because it's quite thin. What do you want for £2.99 though?! Perfect.

As of this minute I have done 3118 words of my 5500 word dissertation. Only 2382 words to go and 4 days to do it in. O.O

Once all of this is over I will be back to blogging everday (maybe) again :)
